Grade S235JRC
Unalloyed bright structural steel according to DIN EN 10277 in drawn or peeled version in round, square or hexagon dimension.
Use in the construction industry and generally for stresses with comparatively low requirements for vehicle and machine parts. Also used for welded constructions and in the construction industry (buildings, bridges, cranes, etc.). The bright version ensures properties defined in the corresponding DIN standards and a scale-free surface with corresponding tolerance fields. This allows the steel to be used without further surface treatment. Machining in turning machines is also possible.
